Resident- Project Management.
NOTE : The Project Management Resident position is an entry-level three-month temporary residency that requires you to come into the office 2-3x a week.
There is potential to go full time immediately following the residency. All full time employment will be expected to work out of the New York office in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks, priorities & deliverables with team stakeholders (internal & client) throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, & reviews
- Assist in writing small SOWs, as assigned by PM
- Assist with client needs as they arise
- Understands the internal goals of the team, & the goals of the client
- Learn the ins & outs of a fast paced creative agency
- Partners with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, & brand health.
- Ability to take meeting notes with clarity
- Understands the internal goals of the team, & the goals of the client
- Perform successfully under tight timelines
WORK SCHEDULE :
You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.
