About the role : As a Product Manager III, Downstream - Embolization, you will lead and execute commercial strategies and marketing initiatives that drive growth across our Embolization, Access & Delivery (EAD) portfolio. This includes three innovative products : Embold, Obsidio, and TruSelect. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to shape and implement impactful marketing plans that support our business objectives and help deliver meaningful solutions to physicians and patients globally. This is a hybrid role based in Maple Grove, MN. Work mode : At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include : Build deep clinical and technical expertise in embolization therapies, product strategy, and competitive dynamics. Explore and define messaging strategies and customer segmentation to drive commercial growth across Embold, Obsidio, and TruSelect. Identify key marketing opportunities and galvanize cross-functional teams to execute against strategic priorities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Brand Activation, Clinical, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and others. Partner with regional marketing teams to support global expansion and respond to unique market needs and risks. Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers and KOLs to gather insights and shape marketing strategies. Lead cross-functional initiatives such as the Sales Advisory Board and Hot Leads programs. Manage and curate competitive content for Innovation Center engagements, sales tools, and promotional strategies in alignment with brand positioning. Required qualifications : Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device product management, including product launch and commercialization Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans and initiatives through cross-functional collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and customer engagement capabilities Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and solve problems creatively Proficiency in strategic planning, data analysis, and financial modeling Experience building and maintaining strong physician relationships Ability to travel up to 15% Preferred qualifications : MBA or related Master's degree
