About the role : This Senior Product Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to support the ongoing growth of the Boston Scientific Embold franchise, serving as product champion for both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include : Build deep clinical and technical expertise in embolization, product therapies, and competitive strategies to support the ongoing growth of the Embold franchise in the US Further develop and refine the economic value story and tools to effectively communicate embolization product benefits Oversee demand and financial forecasting for the Embold franchise to ensure accurate and strategic planning Develop key selling tools, communications, and digital campaigns, including case libraries and physician testimonials Create and manage key conference messaging to ensure consistent and impactful representation of the Embold franchise Support key sales training activities, including National Sales Meetings and regional training sessions Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Brand Activation (marketing communications), Clinical, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, HEMA, and other functional team members Required qualifications : BA / BS required 5+ years of marketing experience within medical device and / or healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to develop commercial expertise in medical device therapies and product Proven success leading complex projects within dynamic, matrixed organizations while incorporating diverse needs from numerous stakeholders Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams to achieve consensus and execution of strategic initiatives Ability to travel approximately 20%, mostly domestic with some international travel Preferred qualifications : Master's degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset Requisition ID : 599757 Minimum Salary : $99100 Maximum Salary : $188300 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com\ will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
