Google Compliance team ensures that our business is always consistent with the current financial regulations. As part of this team, you proactively identify pain points and gaps in existing policy frameworks and find innovative solutions. You develop efficient compliance systems and work with teams to implement these across the organization. Google is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Program Manager (PgM) to lead ongoing oversight and programmatic compliance efforts related to compliance commitments. In this role, you will ensure that the company maintains strong oversight, governance, and meets all its legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include : owning and executing end-to-end compliance engagements, driving technical validation of AI / ML and LLM systems, supporting technical compliance testing for key global regulations, assessing compliance risks, and cultivating cross-functional partnerships. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
