ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Fred Milton State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient individual to customers with their insurance needs. Candidates will answer phones, assist customers with bill pay and filing claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Communicate efficiently with customers.
  • Will work with agent / owner to promote business growth.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Must obtain Property and Casualty; Life / Health Licenses within 6-8 weeks of hire date (agent will assist with the process).
