An Alabama hospital is seeking their next Interim Women's OR Manager!

The Position

The Interim Women's OR Manager will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day OR operations throughout the department.

The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 60+ FTEs, and will oversee three robotics OR's, four standard Ors. In addition, this leader will collaborate closely with Gynecology Oncologists, OBGYN, Urology Gynecology, and Infertility Specialists.

This leader will focus on ongoing initiatives including quality, patient care, and compliance while leading both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will be strong leaders who will harbor a positive work environment by encouraging strong collaboration, communication, and engagement.

Seeking an hands-on experienced nursing leader who will be willing and able to lead education initiatives including training and mentorship amongst staff members.

Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

BSN is required; master's degree is preferred.

Active RN license is required.

Surgical / OR leadership experience is required.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range : $165,000 to $170,000 annually.

The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.

The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
