You'll bring learning to life through storytelling, design, and innovation, helping every associate feel confident and capable in their role.
What You'll Do
Apply Learning Science and Design Models
Use frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM to design efficient, scalable, and effective learning programs.
Build Reinforcement and Retention Tools : Develop microlearning, job aids, and performance support materials using tools such as Axonify, Storyline, and Vyond.
Leverage Emerging Technology : Experiment with AI-assisted design, adaptive learning, and visual storytelling to enhance learner engagement and efficiency.
Maintain Brand and Instructional Consistency
Ensure all deliverables reflect Floor & Decor's design standards, tone, and commitment to associate growth.
Manage Projects Independently : Own multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, stakeholder input, and business priorities.
