In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to identify their unique technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions. Your skills in log file analysis, complex problem-solving, and debugging will be crucial for providing outstanding consulting services. With your technical knowledge and industry insight, you will facilitate successful implementation, configuration, and integration of our product, while also offering training and support that empower clients to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration processes, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of Cyberhaven's solutions within clients' existing systems.
- Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their technical requirements, diagnose issues, and develop tailored dataset and policy solutions.
- Analyze log files, utilize debugging techniques, and engage in advanced troubleshooting to investigate complex technical problems, coordinating effective resolutions with our Support, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and support staff, to deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
- Provide technical training to end users to enhance their capabilities, enabling them to fully leverage Cyberhaven to improve workflows and achieve rapid ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, delivering strategic guidance, best practices, and insights that help them realize the maximum value from our products.
- Conduct regular updates, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, serving both internal and external points of contact for client escalations.
- Work collaboratively with development and support teams to promptly address and manage technical issues or discrepancies in systems to ensure uninterrupted client operations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in our product offerings to continuously enhance your technical expertise and provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years in a Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Professional Services role, with experience in Endpoint Security within the Cybersecurity and DLP Space :Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical solutions, especially in Professional Services or Consulting roles, focusing on endpoint security products.Experience with leading DLP solutions like Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra, Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.Understanding of data classification methodologies to effectively identify sensitive data types and establish appropriate DLP policies.Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines through effective prioritization and strategy building.Robust technical background with hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting SaaS-based security and endpoint agent technologies :Proficient in software debugging skills.Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and data integration techniques.Knowledge of system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform.Practical experience with MacOS and Windows environments, including MDM, app management, and basic terminal skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear articulation of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and fostering cross-functional relationships.Familiarity with system software design concepts.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent industry certifications coupled with 3+ years of relevant experience.Compensation : $95,000 - $135,000, reflecting the diverse market across the US, including higher-rate cities like NYC, Bay Area, and Seattle.
