Job Description

Leading aviation company is seeking a Paralegal / Contract Manager for a one-year contract. This is a 40 hour / week role and hybrid in downtown Chicago.

Scope of Work

Title : Contract Manager

Hours : 40 Hours / Week

Duration : 12 Months (November 2025 - November 2026)

Reporting to : Not specified

Pay Rate : $55 - $75 / hr

Job description :

This role will work with legal subject matter experts and internal business units on a wide variety of transactional matters, with a focus on procurement-supported transactions.

• Reviewing, revising, and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements
• Master service agreements
• Software agreements, including SaaS
• Consulting services agreements
• Amendments and renewals
• Non-disclosure agreements
• License agreements
• Terms of service
• Development agreements
• Proof of concept agreements
• Statements of work
• Change orders
• Addenda or exhibits related to cybersecurity, privacy, artificial intelligence, among other topics
• Coordinating and consolidating feedback with stakeholders
• Developing, updating, maintaining, and applying contract templates, playbooks, forms, and guidelines
• Collecting and maintaining data related to contracts and practices
• Working on projects and performing legal research on various topics as assigned
