A company is looking for a Non-Technical Product Manager IV (Staff) to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the operational design and evolution of a points-based tiering framework
Co-lead the rollout of the Benefits Marketplace, including operational processes for points redemption and eligibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of partner program initiatives
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in partner programs, GTM operations, or channel strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
Proven success in leading pricing, tiering, or loyalty frameworks, especially with dynamic points systems
Deep understanding of commercial models and their impact on partner satisfaction
Experience with operational systems and tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight
Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders across multiple departments
