Job Summary
Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue / risk management.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
- Ability to take high-level, strategic direction and direct a team of direct reports spanning both entry level and career level professionals on how to conduct desired business analysis in response to business requests.
- Thorough understanding of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc. in order to lead & to provide guidance / additional support, if needed, to staff.
- Translates strategy into business design, process design, technical requirements.
- Regularly interacts with program teams and management, offering direction and strategically sound options to ensure successful project / analysis completion. Trains, mentors, and coaches assigned team members.
Job Qualifications : Required Education :
Bachelor's degree Or equivalent work experience
Required Experience :
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Preferred License, Certification, Association :
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
