Title : Manager of Accounting and Financial Operations

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000

Manager of Accounting and Financial Operations Key Responsibilities :

Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries

Manage annual audit process and Form 990 filings with external auditors

Develop and maintain accounting policies / procedures with focus on donor-advised funds

Provide financial reporting and analysis to leadership and Committees

Oversee day-to-day financial transactions including contributions, grants, AP, and cash flow

Collaborate with client success team to ensure accurate and timely fund distributions

Implement technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance

Manager of Accounting and Financial Operations Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA strongly preferred)

7-10 years progressive accounting / finance experience

Strong GAAP and nonprofit accounting knowledge

Prior public accounting or nonprofit / charitable operations background preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner across teams

U.S. work authorization required (not eligible for visa sponsorship)
