Restaurant Floor Manager Qualifications :
Verifiable BA or BS degree of any major; or a Culinary Associates : REQUIRED1-2 years of restaurant experience with supervisory exposure : preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of food safety and customer serviceMust be at least of age for legal alcohol serviceFlexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidaysRestaurant Floor Manager Preferred Background :
Previous leadership role in restaurant setting- Lead, Supervisor, Assistant ManagerExperience in high volume elevated dining room operationsFamiliarity with diverse cuisine stylesStrong problem-solving and team-building skillsKnowledge of scheduling and staff performance evaluationPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
