Role Description

This is a remote contractor role for a PR & Outreach Account Manager . It starts part-time but can quickly become full-time as you grow into managing more clients.

You’ll be responsible for managing 6–10 client accounts, booking them on podcasts and speaking opportunities, and leading monthly client calls to share wins and next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and pitching podcasts and events
  • Personalizing outreach using our AI and automation tools
  • Managing outreach pipelines in Airtable / CRM
  • Coordinating with VAs for research and follow-up
  • Building strong relationships with clients through clear, professional communication

You’ll be supported by our software, tools, and team so you can focus on results and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be US-based with experience speaking directly to US clients on Zoom
  • 2–5 years of experience in podcast booking, PR / outreach, speaker relations, or outbound lead generation
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once
  • Client-facing presence : enjoys leading calls and building relationships
  • Helpful but not required : Canva skills, familiarity with podcast / event booking tools (Rephonic, Podchaser, PodcastGuests, etc.)
  • Experience in branding or personal branding is a plus
  • Compensation

  • $25–$50 per hour to start, depending on experience
  • Potential performance bonuses for each booked podcast or speaking placement
  • Part-time to start, with the potential to move into full-time quickly
