Unissant is seeking a Data Analyst / BI Developer to join our dynamic team to support our federal customer. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across the agency.

This is a 100% Remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Defines data requirements, gathers, and validates information, applying judgement and knowledge of statistical and data management best practices.
• Analyzes and organizes technical data and reports into summaries for management review, defining problems, performing evaluations, and offering possible solutions.
• Manage and manipulate large hierarchical data sets, develop data science approaches, and manage data science tasks.
• Performs validation and testing of data through independent analysis.
• Conducts advanced research and analysis in assigned functional area.
• Monitors data submissions, reviews quality of data and coordinates with the team to resolve data quality issues.
• Verifies data in the Tableau dashboards.
• Conducts ad-hoc data analysis as requested.
