Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs and quality control standards. Ability to perform daily operational tasks including equipment maintenance and accurate patient identification.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blood collection procedures, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy in laboratory specimen collection.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Greet and identify patients according to SOP.
- Obtain billing and testing information according to SOP.
- Review test requisition for proper test collection.
- Assemble equipment necessary to collect specimens.
- Collect specimens for drug testing according to SOP and order of the draw.
- Match requisition to collection of tubes for completion.
- Centrifuge when necessary.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and quality control on test kits and urinalysis equipment.
- Prepare and package specimens for shipping to testing location according to SOP.
- Perform customer service duties including phone inquiries and patient encounters.
- Collect patient payments according to SOP.
