Qualifications :
Responsibilities :
Monitoring Patients : Continuously assessing vital signs and responding to any changes in condition.
Administering Medications : Ensuring accurate dosage and timely administration of treatments.
Operating Medical Equipment : Managing ventilators, monitors, and other life-support devices.
Collaborating with Healthcare Teams : Working closely with physicians and specialists to develop treatment plans.
Providing Emotional Support : Educating and comforting patients and their families during difficult times.
Maintaining Patient Records : Keeping detailed documentation of treatments and progress.
Responding to Emergencies : Acting swiftly in life-threatening situations, including resuscitation efforts.
Adhering to Safety Protocols : Following strict infection control measures to protect patients and staff.
