Kingfisher Roofing is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team of professionals. If you’re experienced in sales, thrive in a high-performance culture, and are looking for a company that sets you up for success with qualified leads provided and a full production department , this opportunity is for you.

This is not your average sales role—we’re looking for a strategic closer who values integrity, understands relationship-building, and can confidently guide customers through the roofing process from inspection to project closeout.

We offer a competitive upside commission and full support infrastructure, as well as W2 sales positions with health benefits.

Compensation : $120,000 - $250,000+

Responsibilities :

  • Leverage pre-qualified leads provided by the company to close sales efficiently.
  • Supplement your pipeline with self-generated business through referrals and community engagement.
  • Conduct roof and property inspections to assess damage and create compelling repair / replacement proposals.
  • Manage customer relationships from initial contact to project completion, delivering a premium customer experience.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to assist homeowners during the claims process.
  • Present material and color options that align with homeowner preferences and project requirements.
  • Collect customer payments and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM.
  • Represent Kingfisher Roofing at trade shows, community events, and sales meetings.
  • Keep leadership informed of account status, challenges, and competitive insights via our CRM.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus).
  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets .
  • You bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior—integrity is non-negotiable.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our CRM system .
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required .
  • Must be organized and ready to be self-directed in your work.

    • Preferred (but Not Required)

  • Experience in roofing or construction.
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims and project planning.
  • Sales experience, including in-home sales.
