Executive Assistant
This Executive Assistant role involves providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager in all aspects of the Helicopter Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business. Responsibilities include managing the budget process by ensuring all contractor and vendor invoices are approved and paid in accordance with payment terms. Maintain records and create reports from internal data. Prepare quotes for customers. Provide comprehensive calendar management and administrative support. Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of macros and pivot tables. Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling and handling correspondence.
Essential Skills include 5+ years of experience in managing budget processes and ensuring timely payments. 5+ years of experience in record maintenance, report creation, and customer quote preparation. Proficiency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables. Experience in the same or a similar industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications include being highly motivated and eager to learn the business. The ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Ability to learn new software.
The role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, with a start time of 8 : 00 am or 8 : 30 am, working an 8-hour day with a half-hour or hour lunch break. The position is located in Croydon, PA. The company offers a 6-month contract-to-hire position with a pay increase upon permanent conversion. The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
