Job descriptionconstruction PM - 7+ years - with healthcare specific construction experience need resources know what they are doing in healthcare construction software - procure, eBuilder, MS project or other types of construction specific tools prior PM experience, healthcare, knows construction codes, understand Richmond or VA building codes large budgets - $100M+ construction projects PMP certification nice to have CCM certs nice to have lead - buildings that are lead certified. 3 levels of interviews - screening, construction senior leader who will interview, then the client will be the final interview.
Job Title : Construction Project Manager
Location : Richmond, VA (fully onsite)
Duration : 12 months, potential to convert FT by the client
Department : undergoing significant amount of new construction - building new facilities and renovating (project in size up to $100M).
Note : Seeking candidates open to relocation. Relocation assistance will be provided.
Responsibilities :
- boots on the ground and can be the agent of the organization for the - do the walk through's, hold vendors accountable, hold conversations between organizations and builders and subcontractors
- understand healthcare requirements during construction.
