This is an exciting Project Manager opportunity in Richmond VA for someone to join our client who is a Top Ranked Builder and specializes in a variety of multifamily projects. We are looking to hire someone that is not only passionate about the industry and putting their name on high-profile projects, but also excited to help mentor APM's & PE's on the team! Required for the role :

5+ years of Construction Management Experience

Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred)

Experience with new ground up Construction projects

Currently or previously employed with a GC or Builder Developer

Local to Richmond VA or willing to relocate permanently

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Manage project scheduling, including coordinating subcontractors and ensuring materials are delivered on time.

Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals are met and quality standards are maintained.

Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
