Virtual Manager
Vaco Atlanta has partnered with an incredible company and is assisting in hiring Virtual Managers to join their team! We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals with a strong focus on sales.
As a Virtual Manager, you will provide elite customer service for all facilities, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
This role requires a sales-first mindset, adept conflict resolution skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Responsibilities :
- Provide elite customer service to all customers and leads, exhibiting ownership and accountability of the customer experience.
- Retain tenants who are attempting to submit a vacate notice.
- Excel in all customer inbound and outbound communications, including virtual counter walk-ins, phone calls, SMS, emails, and lead follow-up.
- Maintain a sales-first mindset focused on lead conversion, insurance penetration, and autopay setup to maximize revenue.
- Resolve customer conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of each property to explain features and benefits to potential customers, ultimately increasing revenue.
Requirements :
- Inside Sales / Collections / Call Center experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and proficiency with various computer software programs.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Preferred : Customer service experience.
