Overview
We are seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst – Infrastructure to provide full-time, onsite subject matter expertise in support of global health infrastructure intelligence initiatives. This position plays a critical role in supporting analytic and production efforts to identify, evaluate, and maintain records of global health-related infrastructure in coordination with national intelligence partners.
The successful candidate will bring advanced analytical skills and experience producing finished intelligence products in accordance with established tradecraft and database standards. This role supports efforts to identify no-strike health infrastructure, maintain authoritative records within government databases, and generate detailed geospatial intelligence products for dissemination across classified and unclassified networks.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior All-Source Analyst will :
Prepare all-source intelligence assessments and finished products that meet or exceed quality and tradecraft standards established by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
Conduct open-source and classified research related to global health systems, medical infrastructure, and public health facilities within priority countries
Collect, analyze, and integrate data from multiple sources—including open-source materials, classified databases, and international health organizations—to develop comprehensive intelligence assessments
Create, update, and maintain facility records in the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB)
Perform classified and unclassified infrastructure research, acquisition, data management, quality control, and visualization to support intelligence production missions
Use and operate intelligence and geospatial systems such as MIDB, NPW, ArcGIS, RemoteView, and commercial tools including Google Earth and SketchUp
Produce geospatial intelligence products, including digital maps and layered graphics, for dissemination across JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet networks
Conduct all-source analysis to identify no-strike health infrastructure and assess the use or misuse of medical facilities by state or non-state actors
Brief findings and communicate complex analytical assessments effectively in both written and oral form
Required Skills & Knowledge
Senior-level analytical skills with the ability to exploit multiple data sources and assess foreign research, development, and acquisition activities related to medical and human performance systems
Strong understanding of analytic tradecraft standards and the ability to produce intelligence products that meet DIA and ODNI guidelines
Proficiency in geospatial tools, database management systems, and intelligence production workflows
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for briefing senior stakeholders and producing high-quality assessments
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, analytical, or health-related field (e.g., Biology, Public Health, Health Care Administration)
8–10 years of experience producing intelligence assessments in compliance with ODNI / DIA analytic tradecraft standards
Experience using MIDB and related intelligence production and retrieval applications
Active TS / SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting health infrastructure intelligence or no-strike list development
Familiarity with NCMI (National Center for Medical Intelligence) missions or similar health-focused analytical programs
Advanced geospatial analysis experience using ArcGIS and related visualization tools
