Principal Designer

A company is looking for a Principal Designer to lead the integration of AI and automation into design workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Map and redesign design-to-delivery workflows for automation and intelligence

Lead the development of a central Experience Intelligence Hub for data integration

Coach cross-functional partners on AI-native working methods and scalability

Required Qualifications :

10-15 years of experience in design, engineering, and systems work

Strong command of modern product toolchains like Figma, Jira, and APIs

Experience integrating AI / ML models and developing workflow automations

Fluency in JavaScript / TypeScript or Python for prototyping intelligent tools

Ability to visualize complex systems and communicate effectively to executives
