Responsibilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support and develop effective and efficient performance measurement reporting to evaluate channel effectiveness and goal achievement.
- Analyze business unit activities and trends and compare analysis against leading practices. Present findings and work with Management and other team members to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
- Assist in automating existing static reporting via Tableau or other BI solutions, including writing the SQL extracts, quality assurance of export, and designing visualizations while managing existing workload.
- Create and publish recurring reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports. May require taking business issues and devising strategies to develop appropriate diagnostic and / or tracking data that will translate business requirements into functional decision support tools.
- Ensure system data integrity; work closely with business and technology groups to solve issues arising from inaccurate data.
- Understand the short and long-term business and technology objectives. Suggest strategies to meet these objectives and continuously introduce innovation to business processes.
- Develop, document, and maintain business procedures, including the design and documentation of detailed process flows, and the development of operational performance and quality metric standards and reports.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE : Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY : STEM, Finance, Economics, Industrial Organization, MIS, Business Analytics.
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum two years' experience in data analytics / management, developing visualization / SQL queries, and / or cost / benefit analysis.COMPETENCIES / SKILLS :
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills needed with the ability to work independently and have novel problem-solving skills.Fundamental knowledge of RDBS systems with novel to intermediate SQL writing using different database engines to blend or merge divergent datasets.Intermediate Excel skills including functions, PowerPivot, and working with large datasets.Basic statical knowledge with applicable experience visualizing data via Tableau preferred.
