Banner Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist (Ortho, Pelvic Health, Oncology) in Gilbert, AZ

Our physical therapy center in Gilbert, AZ is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed pelvic floor Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis.

Caseload is a split between pelvic floor and ortho, with potential for oncology if interested. Pelvic floor experience required, student rotations considered.

Our vibrant team currently has 9 clinicians with a rehab aid and 3 patient service specialists. In addition to pelvic floor, clinic specialties include hand therapy and general orthopedics.

Compensation : Salary starting at $72,000 / year

$5000 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state / local / federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and / or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

Pelvic health experience (student rotations considered)

Preferred Qualifications :

Interest / experience in cancer rehabilitation
