BrightStar Care offers the following benefits to our field specialist CNAs :

• Pay starting at $15.00 per hour
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• $35.00 weekly gas allowance
• Flexible schedule, Saturday availability is required
• 24 / 7 Staff - our Office Staff is always available to you for any questions or concerns you may have.
• Mobile shift access and time tracking - employees can easily see their weekly shifts, shift offers, and clock in / out right from a mobile device.
• Paid training

Field Specialist Responsibilities

Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary

Requirements

• On call availability 6 days / week
• A current CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one (1) year of documented CNA experience
• Certified CPR (we do have training if it is not obtained)
• Negative TB skin test or x-ray
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable transportation
