Key Responsibilities :

As a Senior Manager, you'll :

• Function as a billable Azure Architect on multiple client engagements.
• Oversee technical delivery and manage a dedicated team of diverse consultants, helping them meet client delivery objectives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support team members' development.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to address and resolve personnel challenges.
• Inspire a culture of commitment and trust within the team.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

3Cloud offers competitive compensation, with a base salary range between $140,300 and $210,500 USD. Your final salary will be influenced by your skills, education, experience, and geographic location.
