Shift Hours : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Lead to join our team in Sioux City. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team members during your shift. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support team members during the 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM shift.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $50544.00 - $54704.00 / yr. 401k company match, paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO, and boot reimbursement.
