UI Production Designer

A company is looking for a Mid-level UI Production Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain organized, production-ready Figma files and ensure design accuracy and consistency

Act as the final design checkpoint for accessibility and brand standards, and prepare design files for development handoff

Collaborate with product managers and developers to review builds and guide design refinements post-handoff

Required Qualifications

Strong visual design and layout skills with attention to detail

Deep proficiency in Figma, including component creation and library management

Experience working with or contributing to a large-scale design system

Understanding of responsive design across multiple platforms (web, mobile, app)

Experience collaborating directly with product managers and developers through delivery and QA
