Minimum Requirements :
- Eighteen (18) years old
- Valid Driver's License to conduct business travel
- Bilingual as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Preferred (Not Required) :
Experience in property management or leasingExperience reviewing contractsJob Duties :
Assist potential tenants in the leasing process, including application completion and property toursProvide exceptional customer service to all prospective tenants and ensure a positive experienceCollaborate with the property management team to maintain property occupancy and ensure leasing goals are metHandle lease and rental inquiries and facilitate the resolution of tenant issues when necessarySupport the marketing and promotion of available properties to attract potential tenantsFrequently travel between properties, including walking, standing, and conducting on-site inspectionsLift and carry items up to 25 lbs (e.g., files, small equipment, signage)Regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipmentPerform work in both office and on-site property environments, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditionsFast-paced, deadline-driven setting requiring multitasking and occasional after-hours availabilityOther duties as assigned by the Director of Property ManagementStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsMultitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsEmployer Notes :
