As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water / gas / electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water / gas / electric bill itself. Position Summary

The Master Plumber will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping to achieve the company’s financial goals. The Master Plumber will carry and maintain his / her plumber license per State law and will be required to register license with the State on behalf of Pivotal Home Solutions. The Master Plumber will assist management with training new plumbing apprentices and will work and drive safely.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Tests for gas leaks in existing or new installations.
• Ability to interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical drawings.
• Provide emergency repairs to leaking, loose, clogged, or plumbing components in disrepair.
• Duties to include, but not limited to, all types of plumbing repairs, minor steam line repairs and re-routing, natural gas pipe repairs and re-routing, storm and sewage line maintenance and repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Perform plumbing repairs and plumbing upgrades that include sinks, faucets, radiator valves, and traps, toilets, bathtubs, drain lines, water supply lines, and natural gas line risers.
• Installs and maintains appliances such as hot water heaters, pumps, sump, and sewage pumps and ejectors.
• Requisitions materials and supplies using in-house procedures as needed.
• Continuously provide the customer with the highest levels of customer service.
• Use good time management to make effective use of travel.
• Must be able to cycle count inventory upon procurement’s request.

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total well being.  The base pay for this position is $63,000-$91,000 salary. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
