Front Desk Representative - $17 to $20 / hour

Job Title: Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative with good experience to join our team,

Responsibilities:

• Heavy data entry for all Orders,
• Create item numbers with all necessary required fields for proper setup.
• Coordinate and compile data into usable formats across departments.
• Ability to prioritize projects, resolve problems, conduct research, and pay attention to details.
• Enter and maintain client and lead data in automated CRM system.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience providing administrative support and data entry.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, excel spreadsheets
• Proficient in MS Office
• General basic knowledge of and ability to learn customer management

$17 to $20 per hour
