As an Experienced Auto Tech - Mechanic, your role combines precision and problem-solving to deliver excellent service. You perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues, handling repairs from engine rebuilds to transmission work. In addition to fixing problems, you focus on vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability and safety. You guide junior technicians, fostering a collaborative environment, and communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure accurate repair orders and exceed customer expectations. Committed to continuous improvement, you stay updated with training and certifications. After significant repairs, you conduct thorough test drives, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain detailed service records.
