Accounts Payable Adminsitrator

Vaco-Boston has partnered with our client, a manufacturer in the medical and industrial industry searching for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join to their team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Match invoices to purchase orders and shipping / receiving and other documents,
• Audit invoices for accuracy in pricing, and report discrepancies to purchasing and the vendor.
• Voucher all approved vendor invoices for multiple divisions.
• Calculate and post corporate allocations to multiple divisions for billing journals for internal controls.
• Processes vendor checks, assemble invoices for approval and signature, and print posting journals for multiple divisions.
• Maintain vendor records.

Education and Experience :

• Degree in Accounting
• Five years related experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, accounting software
• Epicor ERP systems experience a plus.
