Key Responsibilities
Resolve financial transactions to ensure timely collection of expected payments and escalate issues as necessary
Complete daily assignments accurately and on time, adhering to productivity and quality standards
Contact payers to facilitate timely resolution of accounts and educate patients on their financial responsibilities
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting
Experience with MS Office
Experience in insurance follow-up
Experience in coordination of benefits
Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or comparable software
