Job Description

  • Experience with the Salesforce application preferred but relevant Salesforce experience is transferrable.
  • Deep understanding of how configurations, workflows, permissions, and reporting drive a user’s experience in the application, and a firm grasp of the role of a support with these aspects of the platform.
  • Ability to perform complex data management processes, merging and cleaning data across multiple systems that are integrated.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Critical and analytical thinker, capable of performing independent self-driven analysis.
  • Strong Excel with experience cleansing and manipulating data for bulk imports to applications.
  • Background in user management and administration on a cloud-based platform.
  • Experience working user requests in a service management tool.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager jump in on new things, able to confidently skill up and oversee the other applications to assist other support resources.
  • Experience performing user training and coaching on how to best leverage the tools.

Education & Experience :

Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 6-8 years work experience.
