Role Overview
The company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the commercial growth of its Technology Temp / Contract Staffing practice. This is a dedicated leadership role focused exclusively on the technology contract business—not the broader sales efforts of the firm.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing the go‑to‑market strategy, managing and growing a team of sales professionals, and building deeper penetration across new and existing technology client groups. This role centers on commercial leadership, team scale, and revenue acceleration rather than running an individual book.
