Account Operations Specialist II

Oversight of the ordering, receiving, sourcing, estimating and distributing of parts for the Mechanic and Body Shops.

Monitor reports and processes that the Recon 360 system is being utilized to procure and reconcile purchases and returns of parts.

Verify through reporting that timely ordering and processing of purchase orders.

Monitor and verify that all inventory controls are maintained in all applicable systems.

Monitor and verify that all electronic records are maintained in all applicable systems.

Verify inventories have been conducted at the end of the month and are in line with business needs.

Build and maintain effective relationships with parts suppliers and other vendors to ensure effective communications for business needs.

Communicate with other departments to ensure appropriate business needs are met.

Conduct weekly team meetings to communicate department needs and receive employee feedback on processes.

Provide weekly updates to location leadership on department successes and areas of opportunity that continue to be addressed.

Enforce all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.

Work with Recon manager and shop managers to review work volumes, plan and continuously monitor staffing levels to ensure efficiency, quality work product, and effective customer service; review departmental performance against key performance indicators and metrics and develop and execute strategies for improvement.

Wear and always use appropriate safety equipment while working in designated areas.

Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with Market Safety Manager in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree / certification beyond a HS diploma / GED in a related discipline;
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required
