Carrier Energy Sales Operations Specialist
The Carrier Energy Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with the Business Development and Key Account Managers to assist in driving the overall productivity and effectiveness of our sales engagement with Utilities and Energy Partners while continuously improving and enhancing our CRM Platform (HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs). In this role the successful candidate will gather requirements to design and implement best practice solutions based on team inputs to drive sales success. The Carrier Energy Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in Account Planning and Sales execution efforts as part of the Carrier Energy Sales and Business Development teams living in the HubSpot CRM while covering assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with and support cross-functional teams to maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization and streamline and optimize sales processes from leads to orders.
- Lead HubSpot collaboration and adoption through Development of reporting, dashboards and live analytical tools as well as business and sales reporting, Account Planning and Sales Process Excellence in the HubSpot Platform.
- Lead the strategic analysis of sales operations, including making recommendations on improvements to sales processes, sales productivity, forecast accuracy, revenue initiatives, and goal attainment to Sales Management with insightful and actionable information.
- Assist in market analytics, territory and sales force sizing exercises, and supporting sales leadership in sales resource planning, growth projections and data-driven decision making.
- Lead Sales Incentive Planning deployment, plan creation and execution, calculations and Metrics support for the sales teams KPIs.
- HubSpot User Management : Create and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and security settings, configure and customize HubSpot objects, fields, page layouts, and other system settings.
- HubSpot Data Management : Manage data import / export, data validation, and data quality initiatives, HubSpot Automation : Develop and maintain workflows, approval processes, and other automated tasks HubSpot Reporting and Analytics : Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to track key performance indicators.
- HubSpot Support and Training, HubSpot Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the HubSpot platform, HubSpot Integration : Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other systems.
- HubSpot Customization : Able to scope, price and project manage third party vendors to customize the HubSpot platform for the specific needs of Carrier Energy beyond out of the box configurations.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or marketing7+ years of Sales Operations Experience1+ year HubSpot experience, product knowledge and technical understanding of HubSpot architecture, configuration, or administrationPreferred Qualifications :
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguityHubSpot SalesHub Certification either Professional or Enterprise level.Highly skilled in analysis and process improvement.Advanced in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in business intelligence solutions such as Power BI, and TableauStrong sales support skills : ability to understand contractual, legal languageAbility to lead and work in cross-functional environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ideal candidate for this position is an excellent communicator who possesses a combination of business acumen, industry experience, technical and interpersonal skills.Experience with program management and a proven record as an effective leader / influencer is a plus.
