Qualifications :
- 5 years of food manufacturing experience, including managerial experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills
- Knowledge of process equipment and regulatory compliance
- College degree preferred
To be successful in this role, you must be dedicated to food safety and quality, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
