What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment and communication skills.Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the retail location to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.Document and report all incidents, observations, and / or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency responders as needed during critical events.Maintain a visible presence throughout the retail location to provide reassurance to clients, employees, and visitors.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.An active armed guard card or license is required in accordance with applicable state and / or local laws and regulations.Level III armed certification is required for positions in Texas only.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
