Our retail services client in Charlotte's South End is seeking a HR Generalist to support HR operations across the organization, with a focus on employee relations, talent support, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration. This position serves as a key resource for retail store teams, distribution centers, and corporate departments.

Schedule : Monday – Friday (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Location : Charlotte, NC (South end area)

Responsibilities :

Employee Relations & Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding policies, benefits, timekeeping, and workplace issues.
• Support the resolution of employee relations matters in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to ensure positive and productive work environments.
