Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote (DFW).
$30-35 / hour - CONTRACT ROLE.
Overview :
Our client’s team is growing, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is sharp, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment. This role supports full cycle recruiting efforts by actively sourcing targeted talent, coordinating interviews, managing candidate engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. Workday experience is highly desired - what matters most is strong judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively source and identify top talent across a variety of functions and levels within the organization.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Conduct outreach, initial screens, and candidate engagement to maintain strong pipeline flow.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and internal stakeholders.
- Manage candidate records, status updates, and requisition activity within Workday or similar ATS systems.
- Monitor pipeline activity, update tracking sheets, and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support offer preparation, background check coordination, and onboarding activities as needed.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and warmth - delivering an excellent candidate experience from first contact through close.
Qualifications :
1-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, sourcing, HR support, or related recruiting support role.Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to interact confidently across all levels.High emotional intelligence, strong situational awareness, and genuine respect for the candidate experience.Ability to think critically and problem-solve independently; sound judgment is essential.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus, but not required).Proficient with online tools and resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, search strings, or other sourcing tools preferred.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Ideal Profile :
