Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative

We’re looking for motivated individuals to serve as Community Outreach Associates supporting top nonprofit organizations at local events, fundraising activities, and public awareness campaigns.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed to provide practical experience in marketing, nonprofit engagement, event management, and donor relations while creating a positive impact in your community.

Responsibilities Represent well-known 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at local gatherings and outreach initiatives Communicate directly with community members about key causes and programs Motivate contributions, volunteer sign-ups, and civic participation Help organize event setups, information booths, and promotional displays Record supporter interactions, donations, and participation metrics Work closely with a collaborative outreach team to achieve campaign objectives Qualifications Outgoing, approachable, and people-oriented Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, and social change At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
