Overview
Stryker is hiring a Senior Quality Training Specialist in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating site-wide training programs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
What You Will Do
- Partner cross-functionally across departments to support site-wide training initiatives and ensure consistency in training delivery and documentation.
- Design and implement a scalable, role-based training curriculum tailored to specific job functions, with a focus on meaningful, competency-based learning.
- Identify training gaps and inefficiencies and lead initiatives to create interactive and engaging training solutions.
- Create and integrate knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessments to validate learning effectiveness and reinforce key concepts.
- Maintain quality training requirements in compliance with applicable regulatory regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Design and deliver training materials, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions, focused on quality systems, Quality Procedures (QPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Work with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training requirements and determine timelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete training records and update training records (digital and electronic).
- Monitor, track, and report on a variety of training metrics, including past-due training.
- Support internal and external audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to training processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, audit findings, and best practices.
What You Need
Required :
Bachelor's degree required.2+ years of experience in quality or quality systems.Experience in training, curriculum development, or instructional design.Regulated industry experience required.Preferred :
Education in a technical / scientific field is a plus but not required.Knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.Salary range : 79,500 - 101,500 - 123,500; salary is bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
