The Channel Programs Manager creates and executes programs that drive product sales, distribution, and specifications. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, they develop, implement, and monitor strategies that promote strong transaction activity and overall program performance. What You Will Do :
- Transform channel program strategies into actionable plans, creating frameworks for seamless program execution globally.
- Design program policies, objectives, tools, and processes, collaborating with Channel Operations for smooth implementation.
- Lead the launch and communication of channel programs, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Manage resources and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within allocated constraints.
What You Will Bring :
Education : Bachelors Degree required.Experience : 7-10 years in program management or channel program management.Skills : Expertise in strategic planning, program design, and translating business needs into scalable global programs.Analytical Abilities : Proficient in market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis to spot new opportunities.Program Leadership : Experienced in managing end-to-end program rollouts from design to implementation and ongoing maintenance.Stakeholder Management : Strong communication skills, with experience engaging business units, theater teams, and executives.Cross-functional Leadership : Skilled at leading initiatives across marketing, sales, and channel operations globally.Feedback-Driven : Ability to collect and act on feedback to optimize programs, tools, and partner experiences.What We Can Offer You :
