A company is looking for a Billing Specialist (Temp).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer billing inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Investigate and resolve billing errors or discrepancies in a timely manner
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and perform proactive outreach to customers with past-due balances
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or financial transactions
NetSuite experience at an intermediate level or above
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
