The Hired Guns are seeking a Market Research Analyst who can create actionable customer qualitative and quantitative research for a $2-billion promotional products company that’s on its way to being #1 in its industry.

Salary range : $65,000 to $85,000 per year

This two-billion-dollar market leader in the personalized products space is looking for a strategic and hands-on Market Research Analyst who is also an expert storyteller.

In this role, you will take business requirements from the Chief Revenue Officer and high-level marketing executives and turn them into relevant quantitative and qualitative research projects, including surveys, customer interviews, and more.

You will have end-to-end ownership of your research, all the way from gathering qualitative and quantitative data gathering, to compiling, analyzing, and presenting the resulting market intelligence.

Your research and analysis will have a broad and direct impact on the business, influencing content, customer experience, merchandising mix, and much more!

Why You?

How you’ll know if you’re a fit

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a researcher or analyst and has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.

You have strong PowerPoint skills, business acumen, and data-based storytelling talent. You have successfully created 360 campaigns based on clear top-line frameworks and produced insightful and actionable data analysis.

You excel at working on multiple large-scale research projects simultaneously. Experience with customer feedback platforms (preferably Qualtrics) is required.

It’s great if you have expertise in identifying and combining research tactics and methods such as surveys, A / B and multivariate tests, and interviews.

Experience in UX / UI strategy, content strategy, and usability are all pluses!
