Job descriptionProvide expert troubleshooting and guidance for Rave's suite of notification software products Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner via email, screen sharing, and phone Troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues on Rave's SaaS platforms Conduct training on various Rave products and services Act as a liaison between customers and internal escalation teams while driving process improvements Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience supporting customers on enterprise SaaS platforms Basic knowledge of web services and technology (HTML, XML) Understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP subnets Proficient in CSV / spreadsheet manipulation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong investigative and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) Experience with emergency notification or public safety systems support Familiarity with telecommunications and AI / machine learning technologies Basic understanding of SMS networks and mobile applications French-speaking ability is a plus
